Workshop: Tools and Services to Help Achieve High Impact Results in IP Transactions and Litigation

Time: Panel 1, 14.00-15.30 & Panel 2, 16.00-17.30, Sunday May 29

In this session participants will learn how various IP tools and services have helped companies achieve high impact results in IP licensing, brokerage and litigation.  The session will consist of two 90-minute panels held on Sunday, May 29.  The sessions will include presentations from tool and service providers, as well as operating companies who have used the tools and services.

In the first panel, Article One Partners, Allied Trust Security, LexisNexis, Patent Freedom and Thomson Reuters will highlight how their IP tools and services are used to generate higher performance across four areas of IP commodification: Licensing, Selling, Buying and Litigation.  In the second panel, companies, law firms, universities and government agencies will discuss how they deploy the tools and services presented in panel 1 to achieve high performance.
