Workshop: Building IP into the fabric of company strategy

This practical workshop will focus on exploring ways in which a company’s competitive advantage and growth can be enhanced by building IP organically into the fabric of a company’s strategy. During the workshop a set of recommendations on how to improve IP strategies of today will be given. Following, through a series of three engaging exercises, we will then look at some of the most common challenges in introducing a dynamic IP strategy in a business and explore how to build IP process for continuous learning and improvement. Management approaches considered best practices today will be presented and used as benchmarks during the exercises.

The workshop will provide a set of practical guidelines for IP practitioners and corporate management to consider when developing low friction high yield IP strategy for their company. The program offers an international, multidisciplinary perspective therefore of interest for a wide audience.
