Venue: Börsen, The City Hall

The city of Gothenburg invites all delegates to a cocktail reception taking place at Börsen on Sunday evening. A city-hosted cocktail buffet will be served.

Meeting point:

There are two available options for transport to this event since the workshops on Sunday are held at Chalmers Lindholmen:

• Outside Chalmers Lindholmen Science Park at 17.45, for chartered boat transport followed by a short guided walk.
• The entrance of the Hotel Gothia Towers at 18.00, for departure by bus.
• Return transport outside Börsen to Hotel Gothia Towers at 20.45.

Monday

After Forum Mingle, Monday May 30 at 17:00-20:00
Venue: Restaurant Estrad, The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre
Dress code: Smart and casual

An informal and friendly cocktail gathering will round off the first full day of the conference. Estrad is located with direct access to the conference venue inside the Swedish Exhibition Centre. A variety of cold appetizers will be served.

Speakers Dinner, Monday May 30 at 20:00-23:00
Venue: Gothenburg Museum of Art
Dress code: Smart and sophisticated

The Speaker’s Dinner will be held in the contemporary art gallery of the museum. The Gothenburg Museum of Art housing collections from the 15th century to today will provide a unique historic atmosphere. Please note that this is an invited-only event for the CIP FORUM speakers.

Meeting point: The entrance of the Hotel Gothia Towers at 19.30, for a short guided walk to The Gothenburg Museum of Art.

Tuesday

Closing Dinner, Tuesday May 31 at 18:30-22:00
Venue: Rondo
Dress code: Smart and sophisticated

The Closing Dinner will be held at the historic show venue Rondo outside Liseberg, one of the leading amusement parks in Europe situated with direct access to the Hotel Gothia Towers and the conference venue at the Swedish Exhibition Centre.

Meeting point: The entrance of the Hotel Gothia Towers at 18.15, for a short guided walk to Rondo.
